If the balance is not paid in full within thirty (30) days of the final invoice date, your balance will be considered a debt and interest will start to accrue at a rate of five (5) percent in thirty day intervals. Failure to pay within five (5) business days of receiving a final invoice will result in a 15% late fee applied to the balance. In the event a check is returned by the bank, a $50 fee will be charged to a client. Checks should be made out to “OrganizeMe! Professionals“. OMP accepts personal checks and online PayPal payments. Packages are to be paid in full regardless if all hours are not used. Invoices will be sent to the client after each session via email or by paper, if requested. Full payment must be received within five (5) business days of receiving a final invoice. The contract is a binding agreement between OMP and the client and should be adhered to by both parties at all times.Ĭlients may request up to three (3) flex-payments instead of paying the full price in one lump sum.

Not doing these things may inflate the cost and time to finish a job. The customer thus agrees to assisting OMP to complete the contract timely by keeping appointments, completing homework assignments, and keeping a space decluttered throughout the duration of the contract. Services will not start until OMP receives a signed contract and the deposit is made. Upon hiring OMP to come and work in your home or office a signed contract and $100 deposit is due at the on-site consultation. We will not discuss any matters with a third party without your permission.
